So i was over at the Savage Worlds website and i found that they have a bunch of one-shot adventures for free called "one sheets." These "one sheets" are short adventures (guess how many pages the average one takes up) that give enough info for for a GM to run the adventure without over-detailing. (I don't need the map of every town or the break DC of every door).

As I was looking at them i thought, 'this would be a good model for published m20 adventures to guided by.'  I think that I will personally begin to prep for gm-ing this way, as it fits the level of detail i like to have ready.

Check out the Tomb of Terrors as a D&D style fantasy dungeon crawl.
Heck, you could run these adventures with M20, just use the monster/character creation rules for making the NPC's scale to whatever level your PCs are at.

The "One Page Dungeon" contests that have been run at least the last two years have always made me think they would be perfect for M20. They can be easily found with a Google search and have been compiled the last two years.

Either way, perfect for M20 and more than one "One Page Adventure" could be connected for an on-going campaign.

Yes stringing the one sheets and meatier modules together is a great way to play Microlite.  My group is playing Squatters! from the 2010 list right now actually.  Their campaign has been centered in Dragon Gulch where they first explored Fonkins Dungeon, then played An Abandoned Fortress by Crooked Staff Productions.  I'm running a sandbox and have in the wings a couple more one sheets ready depending if they go into the hills or into the swamps next, namely the 2010 The Forgotton Tomb of the warrior King, the 2009 Grey Goblin Warrens and Foetid Pit.

Check them out http://campaignwiki.org/wiki/DungeonMaps/One_Page_Dungeon_Contest.

i kinda prefer the five room dungeon concept, although at times i feel it's a bit too limited. The general concept is that any adventure can be told, as long as it can be broken up into five parts. You can follow the categories of what's to go where, or you can take a more freeform approach. i had almost a complete campaign mapped out in this manner, but i ran out of ideas to fill it out completely.

If anyone's interested, Johnn Four's got some examples on his site, roleplayingtips.com grouped into eighteen volumes. they were mostly contest entries, but there's a nice, hefty backlog of them.

Anyhow, it was my iontroduction into the concept of a mini module.
