This page lists alternative house rules for two weapon combat. The Core Rules grant a second attack roll with all attacks this round being at -2.

AC +1
Instead of getting an extra attack roll, get AC +1 if not attacking with the second weapon.

AC +1 and extra damage on a natural 20
Instead of getting an extra attack roll, get AC +1 if not attacking with the second weapon. If you roll a natural 20, your secondary weapon rolls damage, too.

Roll for damage twice, pick the higher one
One attack roll, two damage rolls, one for each weapon. The higher of the two weapons is the one that strikes true and inflicts damage. A tie means both strike.

I was just looking over 2 weapon fighting in M20, this thread will be a nice discussion... I Like the +1 AC because you would then use the offhand weapon as a shield at that point..
