my M20 pocket version dilemma

I love the fact that I can carry around the M20 in such a small size but it's always IN something else usually a magazine or a book.

I want an actual holder (or box or whatever) that's just for pocket M20. Something that's practical to use and that will protect them when I carry them around. I've been looking around in stationary stores, chemists, supermarkets etc and nothing they sell seems to be the right size. My latest idea was soap holders but they all seem just this much _ too small!

Any suggestions?

I dunno if they make them anymore, but years ago I remember seeing fancy cigarette cases that folks could keep their smokes in. Maybe look for one at a tobacco shop or thrift store for that kind of thing?

Have you tried a playing card storage case?  You know those ones that alot of Trading Card Gamers use to protect their decks?

I have a set in a small note card holder.  I can fit all of my pocketmods, mini dice, mini pen,pencil and mini notebook in one of those.  It is not so big that I can't carry it in a coat pocket.  I found it during August when stores were setting up for school start up.

So far I've tried a cassette holder (without the prongs), a watch box (the kind that holds the watch for display as a gift), a hard plastic playing card holder - all barely but sadly too small. The pocket versions are also too big to fit in trading card pockets.

I'v found that old video cassette boxes (esp. professional ones which are smaller) are useful but I want a snug fit. I've been looking at a small tool box that I have that I used in the past to hold warhammer bits. All the slots are too small except for dice but I think I'll try out my local hardware store during the week for something similar. Ditto with some sort of stationary box.

What's really grabbed me though, is the idea of a tobacco tin. I've never owned one but I think it sounds just right. Can't be too expensive, right? and they usually have some sort of garish embossed skull design as well so that'll be perfect

How about an Altoids tin?

You could also make a case out of heavy paper, or even out of polymer clay; at least you could make covers and a hinge out of ribbon or a strip of liquid clay impregnated fabric. If you don't need to put dice in the container as well, AOL frequently gives out discs in tins that may be about the right size, although they won't fit in your pocket. I have five or six of these, with the discs removed, because I figured I could put something inside.

I finally found an ideal carrier for my M20 Pocket Mods in a local $2 shop and I've included a picture.

It's a 300ml food container made of hard, unbending plastic.

It would hold about 10 M20 pocket mods WITH DICE (probably about 20+ without..), and with room for a pencil and a small notebook to boot!

It's also AIR-TIGHT, which means I could probably drop it in the bath, but I'll let that happen when it happens
