Hey,

back again with yet another simple question: How do you calculate HP for NPCs with class level?
Let's say you have a human NPC, level 1 fighter. Would you give him 1d8+1+1d6 (commoner+class level) or roll STR+1d6 (as a normal character) and ignore the 1d8+1 for commoners?

I just create npcs per normal character creation rules. Not like it takes long and eventually you'll just have a little que of them that you can recycle.

That's true, and a good point. Having a bunch of extras lying around is always a good things.
I guess I'll do it that way as well. Smiley
