Sound effects app?

Is there a good sound effects app out there for gamers? You could always put a video game or movie soundtrack on in the background of your session, but I'm looking for specific sound effects - when my fighter rolls an attack, I want to hit a button on the iPod and hear a sword swing. I've found a few sound effects apps already but I wanted to know what everyone else has found.
